Paul Ryan, LSSBB, SSGB, PMP is co-founder and co-Managing Partner. His experience includes consultant at IBM, one of the largest healthcare systems, two chapters of the American College of Healthcare Executives, government agencies, one of the nation's largest school systems, and one of the largest brick-and-mortar/top-10 eCommerce retailers. Community service includes as board member and chair of several committees, including Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach County. He has a degree in business management, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ), and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Dr. Jeff Ritter is co-founder and co-Managing Partner. Jeff has over 25 years of experience as a health care executive, management consultant, and marketing expert. He has extensive experience in leadership, training and development, and strategy. Dr. Ritter also has over 10 years of academic experience as a professor and researcher. He has published numerous articles and has presented at conferences throughout the U.S. His topics include marketing strategy, health care leadership, and business decision making. Born and raised in New York, he resides in South Florida. Jeff earned his Doctorate from Nova South Eastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 2004. jeff.ritter@rsquared-group.com
